Véronica Rioux

Véronica Rioux is a spoken word artist, community organization worker and Biodanza facilitator based in Quebec City. All of her occupations merge into common values: a deep concern for social and ecological issues and a profound respect for life, through both action and words. She has been captivated by the Slam poetry scene since 2007 and has won the Quebec City championship three times, including the 2019 edition with her creation Sexxx Ed. She has been invited twice to the Québec-France Slam contest and has seen her work published in Slam anthologies.
